Opportunities are available for professionals with recruiting experience in Banking & Lending, Technical Construction, Sales, or Administrative Staffing. Recruiters will manage the full recruitment cycle while partnering with active clients and candidates within their designated specialty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through placement
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Develop expertise within a designated industry specialty
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while meeting recruiting goals
- Provide consultative guidance to both clients and candidates
- Build and grow a productive recruiting desk within an established market
Base Salary: $70,000
First-Year Earnings: $90,000 – $100,000+ including performance incentives
