Payroll Specialist

A growing organization is seeking a Payroll Specialist to process payroll, maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. This role plays a key part in supporting employees and maintaining accurate payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees on a regular schedule

• Maintain payroll records and employee data

• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations

• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare payroll reports and filings

• Respond to employee payroll inquiries

• Assist with audits and reporting requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience

• Knowledge of payroll systems and regulations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Excel

• Strong organizational and communication skills
